Profile
My wife and I are originally from San Diego with 4 wonderful children and now 3 grand children. We moved to Central Valley in 2002 thinking it would only last a couple of years. The rest is history;
My youth was spent in construction getting my contractors license in 1989 production was the key to success then and applies to mortgage lending even more. After the Northridge earth quake 1994 I spent 4 years retrofitting and rebuilding many homes bringing them up to current building codes.
In 2007 I became a real estate licensed mortgage lender. I then watched the industry literally fall apart as I started my new career. With the many new regulations that have evolved from much needed changes not unlike building codes we now have what we call safe lending.
I found myself working with the best of the best when this all settled down. Mortgage lending to me is an art of relationships not only maintaining and keeping but developing.
To do this you need a good foundation along with people that are qualified to help.
I believe I have found that here working with Maciel Mortgage / American Pacific Mortgage.
